An Outdoor Concepts designer will meet at your home to review the project site, discuss design elements, scope of project and budget. We will then provide you an estimated design cost and proposal.

Upon your approval we will move forward with a conceptual plan. Once a final conceptual plan is approved, we will provide you a detailed construction budget and final contract.

Upon approval, we will initiate final construction details and engineering and prepare all necessary documents for submittal to the local building department.
