Founder & President of Outdoor Concepts, Lou Gabriel is a graduate of the Engineering and Construction Management programs at Arizona State University.  Lou complements his formal training with a lifetime of construction knowledge, as a third generation contractor he has spent the last twenty years working hands on in the field and operating various construction companies. As a seasoned professional, Lou’s expertise in Swimming Pool & Landscape  Construction contributes to the high level of excellence our customers have come to expect.
